<p>As a HVAC Supervisor at 180 Engineering from May 2010 to present, I have been responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within the company. I have been instrumental in coordinating and directing the activities of HVAC technicians, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and within the required timeframes. I have also been tasked with conducting regular inspections of systems, identifying any issues and implementing necessary repairs or replacements. My role has also involved developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, which has significantly reduced system downtime and increased efficiency. Additionally, I have been responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations, as well as training and mentoring junior staff members. My leadership and technical expertise have been key in maintaining the optimal performance of the company's HVAC systems.</p>
