AI graduate who builds multilingual LLM agents and the evaluation harnesses that prove they work: a five-language service assistant
that answers with cited sources and completes bookings in-chat, at 98.4% answer faithfulness and 22/22 safe refusals under red
teaming, and a project-evaluation agent for the Madinah Artificial Intelligence Alliance. I also build production computer vision: crowd
counting for the Two Holy Mosques and fire and smoke detection on refinery CCTV for an oil and gas client. On four projects I found
the flaw that made the headline result wrong and fixed the measurement before anything shipped.
Experience
AI Engineer
<p>• Built the alliance's project-evaluation agent: Gemini reads each team's PDF once, three judge runs score it against a nine-criterion anchored rubric out of 100, and code does all the arithmetic, quote checks and report building, so no model sits between the results and the page. • Integrated it into the alliance's website (Next.js, Prisma, MariaDB) across six pull requests: a background worker that runs every minute, saves every stage so an interrupted run resumes, and retries after 10 and then 30 minutes; teams receive a private report link by email and can resubmit up to three versions to compare their levels. • Built the guardrails: phones and emails stripped and member names anonymised before any model call, defences against prompt injection in uploaded files with flagged reports withheld for human review, and an explicit consent step before AI evaluation. • Measured the evaluator before trusting it: a two-line rubric rewording lifted one project from 70 to 81 on the same reading, so I reverted it and made side-by-side comparison on real submissions mandatory for any judge-facing text; across 8 submissions, 7 stayed within 2 points between readings.</p>
PROJECTS
AI-Driven Crowd Monitoring in Prayer Halls
<p>• Privacy-preserving crowd counting from density maps rather than identities, with CLIP-EBC ViT-L/14 and PVT-v2-B2 LoRA fine tuned on 573 frames: MAE 8.63 and R² 0.97. • Scaled to a live inference API across 11 monitoring zones, alongside a YOLO26 and RF-DETR line-crossing entry and exit module at 7 gates. • Delivered a bilingual React and Flask dashboard with live density maps and capacity alerts, containerised with Docker and validated through CI/CD.</p>
