I also learned administrative tasks related to customer interactions. The workload and processes involved in handling these tasks were high-volume and required quick turnaround times. My responsibilities included ensuring a customer-focused approach, collaborating with the Commercial Manager to align our customer loyalty program and business plans, and developing a local action plan for operational implementation. I aimed to foster a customer-centric culture throughout the entire market and ensure customer satisfaction by supporting managers and team leaders in setting goals and implementing agreed-upon development plans. Additionally, I utilized effective communication skills and attention to detail to interpret data and implement strategies in-store to drive repeat visits and cultivate long-term customer loyalty. Through these experiences, I developed practical and professional competence in service-oriented roles.
Achievement: I design, and create the “Loan Default Detection” using Python as a breakthrough in the form of an “Alert” if the customer is late in fulfilling the obligation/installment. The purpose of the breakthrough idea prevent and avoid deteriorating credit quality.
