Signature verification for KYC documented.<br>
Perform data analysis on excel to generate insights to identify patterns for credit card return.<br>
Resolve issues related to blocked cards.<br>
Handle processing of credit cards from maintaining detailed records, validate vault security measures to prevent unauthorized access, place credit cards for secured holding.<br>
Validate identity of customers for opening account through KYC (know your customer)<br>
Process customer feedback</p>
<p>Research and identify leads for billing services.<br>
Building relationships with clients and manage all aspects of billing services process.<br>
