<p>Developed an AI-powered customer support ticket routing system using Python, DistilBERT, PyTorch, and FastAPI. The system analyzes customer messages, identifies support intents, and helps route tickets to the appropriate category. Implemented uncertainty estimation and confidence-based analysis to improve routing reliability. Achieved 55/55 passing tests.</p>
