<p>Nyay Setu is a web-based FIR Registration and Case Tracking System developed to simplify the process of submitting complaints and monitoring case progress online. The application connects citizens, police officers, and administrators through a centralized platform. Citizens can register, submit FIR requests, upload supporting documents, and track complaint status. Police officers can review assigned cases and update investigation progress, while administrators manage users, assign cases, and monitor overall activities. The project uses PHP, CodeIgniter 3, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and MySQL for development. It aims to reduce paperwork, improve transparency, maintain organized records, and make complaint management more efficient. The application also incorporates security features such as password hashing and role-based access control to protect sensitive information. Actual FIR registration and legal processing must follow applicable laws and police procedures.</p>
