<p>Built the company's first BI function from the ground up: 3 Power BI dashboards covering daily production, order fulfilment and product costing, replacing a paper-and-calculator process with same-day reporting.</p><p> Replaced manual paper counting with barcode capture at the production line, resolving a data-integrity flaw in which products of different weights (5 g and 30 g) were recorded as identical units — the root cause of inaccurate output volumes and distorted product costs.</p><p> Extract from SAP and Excel, transform in Power Query and model in DAX into a single dataset covering ~1,000 SKUs, giving management same-day visibility of output by SKU and by process (molding, wrapping, packing).</p><p> Introduced per-SKU costing and raw-material requirements per order for the first time in the company, turning product costing from an estimate into a calculated figure.</p><p> Eliminated the ~5% overproduction buffer previously applied to every order by replacing estimate-based planning with SKU-level demand figures, removing the attached raw-material and labour waste.</p><p> Own end-to-end order and production planning, converting the sales pipeline into daily factory schedules and tracking output for 30 production operators — the company’s first productivity baseline.</p><p> Run SKU-level sales and margin analysis (revenue trends, seasonality, contribution) to inform pricing and product-mix decisions.</p>

<p>Delivered sales and operations reporting across a 120-branch retail network, shifting routine reporting from ad-hoc requests to the IT department toward self-service dashboards owned by Operations.</p><p> Built automated Google Sheets sales reporting for 9–10 area managers, giving each same-day figures for their own branches, plus a consolidated network view for the Operations Manager — replacing manually maintained Excel files.</p><p> Built and maintained Power BI dashboards covering basket size, customer counts, invoice volume, monthly target attainment and top/bottom-performing SKUs, used by marketing, sales and operations leadership.</p><p> Contributed to further group dashboards as part of a cross-functional team, and modelled and supplied the underlying operational data behind reporting owned by other functions.</p><p> Built branch-level stock and out-of-stock tracking, giving Operations item-level visibility of shortages and enabling proactive replenishment on core SKUs.</p><p> Trained 9–10 area managers on the dashboards and reporting tools they used daily.</p><p> Analysed large-scale sales and inventory datasets using SQL, OpenQuery, SAP, Power BI, Excel and Google Sheets to surface trends and support forecasting.</p>

<p>Designed and delivered programming and web-development curricula across on-site and online learning centres, adapting content to mixed technical skill levels.</p><p> Delivered data-analysis skills workshops for students and trainers, building analytical and data-literacy capacity across the programme.</p><p> Acted as the primary liaison between students and staff, monitoring progress and providing academic support and structured feedback.</p>

<p>Delivered a programming and STEM curriculum to school students in partnership with the Jordanian Ministry of Education, as part of RoboGarden Canada's platform rollout across private schools.</p><p> Ran hands-on training workshops for schoolteachers on the platform and on teaching methodology, and provided technical support during onboarding and daily classroom use.</p>
