Job Summary
For one of our brands - Dematic - were currently looking for a Tactical Buyer to join our team in Cracow. This role is accountable to collaborate with Procurement Category Leads Procurement Project Leads Project Managers Engineering Solutions Development Finance A/P Quality and others to ensure the efficient processing of purchase requirements within our growing organization.

Tasks and Qualifications:
YourResponsibility:
Purchase Order processing and placement.
Confirm supplier receipt of purchase orders and ability of a supplier to meet delivery dates.
Conduct expedites of materials when required.
Input and manage SAP Procurement items in accordance with corporate policies.
Ensure supplier delivery and invoicing to accomplish the Resale sales forecast.
Identify and lead continuous improvement projects within the Tactical team utilizing LEAN concepts tools and methodologies to eliminate waste and inefficiencies.
Generate reports and analyze information to identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiencies.
Your profile:
Bachelors Degree in business engineering or related discipline
Previous procurement experience and knowledge of SAP MM is a plus
English (spoken and written) fluent
Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong social competence and intercultural sensitivity
Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
Curiosity with openness to new technologies
Collaborative team player able to work cross-culturally
Travel is less than 10% and not typically required for this role
