Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the deployment of a new expense management platform across multiple countries. This is a significant operational transformation that will enhance financial controls improve user experience and establish a scalable foundation for future growth. Position Overview

Youll oversee the end-to-end delivery of an expense management platform deployment managing the transition from existing systems to a new streamlined setup. This role encompasses platform configuration system integration multi-country rollout coordination and change management across diverse teams and regions. Your work will directly improve financial reporting accuracy ensure compliance with organisational policies and deliver a user-friendly expense experience that benefits thousands of employees globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rapid deployment of the expense management platform by cloning existing configurations and implementing targeted redesigns to accelerate timelines
  • Manage the technical decoupling from legacy client systems and configure the platform to align with organisational structure and expense policies
  • Coordinate integration with external financial systems to ensure seamless data flow for expense reporting and reconciliation
  • Plan and execute the multi-country rollout balancing local regulatory requirements with global compliance and consistency standards
  • Establish comprehensive project governance manage budget and timeline and identify and mitigate risks including decoupling delays and integration challenges
  • Collaborate with finance IT end users and external vendors to lead change management and deliver user training across all regions
  • Ensure the platform maintains compliance with company policies and financial controls whilst delivering an intuitive user experience

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of project management experience ideally leading enterprise software implementations or platform deployments
  • Proven track record managing complex multi-country rollouts with cross-functional stakeholder engagement
  • Strong understanding of enterprise expense management systems and financial controls
  • Experience managing system integration and technical decoupling from legacy infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to establish project governance manage budgets and timelines and mitigate delivery risks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
