Your New Role
The Payment Coordinator supports the Payment workstream at Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD). This role is responsible for executing endtoend payment activities maintaining efficient processes ensuring compliance and contributing to a strong internal control environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring payment operations preparing payment transactions and delivering accurate reporting.

Your Role Accountabilities
Deliver worldclass proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Act as a subject matter expert in payment processes and technologies (SAP Ariba): prepare and process timely and accurate payments including vendor payments employee reimbursements tax obligations payroll and other businessrequested transactions.
Reconcile payment transactions and resolve outstanding issues and inquiries.
Maintain vendor master data ensuring accuracy compliance proper documentation and adherence to internal payment controls.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (OTC Tax Payroll Legal Treasury) to ensure seamless payment processing and compliance.
Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into WBD payment processes and systems.
Assist in testing system changes process improvements and new business initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls audit requirements and SOX regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field preferred.
Minimum 23 years of relevant experience in PTP / Payments.
Strong working knowledge of SAP preferred.
Banking experience is a plus.
Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales preferred.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model that combines remote and in-office work following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
