Customer Service Coordinator Industry (German Speaker)

As we continue to strengthen our growing Industry business we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator Industry (German Speaker)to join our international team based in Gliwice Poland.

In this role you will become part of a skilled Customer Service team supporting our Industrial business across Europe. Working closely with Sales Technical Support Production Planning Logistics Procurement and Transportation you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire quotation and order lifecycle.

You will act as the main point of contact for customers in our core business markets including Germany the Nordic countries Benelux and other European export markets ensuring efficient order processing timely communication and excellent service.

The position is based in Gliwice and follows a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office). You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager Industry based in Poland.

• Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customers via phone and email in German and English
• Provide product information and support customers with inquiries related to our solutions Qualify customer inquiries identify risks and align customer requirements with organizational capabilities
• Process sales orders and quotations in SAP ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Prepare and send order confirmations to customers
• Monitor order progress and delivery schedules from order entry through to delivery and after-sales support
• Coordinate order execution with internal departments including Sales Technical Support Production Planning Logistics Transportation Procurement and Customer Service
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and business partners
• Provide product information and support customers with inquiries related to our solutions
• Handle returns customer claims and invoicing-related activities
• Maintain accurate customer master data and sales documentation in SAP
• Support reporting activities and ensure high-quality data management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes

• Very good command of German (minimum B2) daily communication with customers
• Good command of English (minimum B2) collaboration within an international environment
• Experience in Customer Service Order Management Sales Support Inside Sales or a similar B2B customer-facing role
• Experience working in a manufacturing industrial or trading company will be an advantage
• Practical experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly desirable
• Experience with quotations and tender administration will be considered an asset
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
