Key responsibilities
Within shipping and logistics pro-active communication and information flow towards our customers is the key in ensuring end-to-end connectivity and transparency.


As Operations Agent you will be responsible for a smooth end to end shipment process both import and export for LCL and FCL business with a focus on LCL.
You will monitor all outgoing and incoming Ocean transport orders for your assigned customers answering customer requests via email or by phone.
Be the first point of contact for our customers what makes you the face (or voice) of the company.
Monitors and resolves problems to ensure movement of idle shipments.
Preparation of transport and customs documents.
Finding out-of-the box solutions that improve the supply chain of your customers8 and help improve work within the team.
Financial handling of shipments.

Your profile

  • You are fluent in Polish and advanced English
  • You have experience within the shipping and logistics industry (especially Ocean business) and Incoterms dont scare you
  • You are open to change and drive customer improvement initiatives
  • You have an interest in digitalization and shaping the digital future of customer service
  • You can think out of the box to find solutions
  • You are motivated to help growing the level of customer service
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • You are an empathetic person who is an excellent communicator relating well to all kinds of people
  • Be commercially driven and enterprising
  • Full-time availability
