INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Configuration and maintenance of lms functionality automation and data structure to improve and provide consistent and good quality learner experience for the Berner Group campus
• Administration deployment and maintenance of course setup configuration and session management to ensure lean and efficient course deployment enrollment and target audience assignments
• User administration and creation of target audience and user groups in campus
• Configuration maintenance of skill catalogue and assignment to courses
• Search engine optimization in group campus
• Execute ad hoc learning operations and regular stakeholders reports and support business requests of ad hoc reporting needs
• Support data analytics and development of reporting tools and concepts
• Support IT Helpdesk in second level support function identification enhancements needed to improve learner experience
• Support and conduct tests for process changes or new functions

SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordination of participant management
• Support coordination of external provides (content or hosting) in connecting the group campus to external data sources
• Management of external digital content on lms
