Role: Global Campaign Manager Europe

Job location: HYBRID ONLY from Warsaw Cracow Gdansk or Wroclaw

Key Responsibilities

• Design plan orchestrate and execute end-to-end demand generation marketing campaigns across all channels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams vendors and Marketing and Communications leadership as well as business and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.

• Drive measurable campaign ROI through lead generation conversions and revenue contribution.

• Use Data and Insights team to track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g. lead generation conversion rates attendance engagement database health) to optimize marketing efforts and demonstrate ROI.

• Coordinate project timelines deliverables budgets and stakeholder communication.

• Test learn and continuously improve campaign approaches.

• Maintain campaign portfolios dashboards briefs and performance reports.

• Partner with sales enablement to ensure generated leads move from marketing into sales successfully.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in marketing with a strong focus on campaign execution; preferably in the technology services sector.

• Background in marketing management coordination or digital marketing roles.

• Proven portfolio of successful campaigns with measurable results.

• Strong working knowledge of modern marketing tools and platforms (automation CRM analytics).

• Project management certification or digital marketing certifications preferred.

• Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience communicating and presenting to various levels across the organization.
