Distributor Finance Intern

Right now we are looking for Distributor Finance Intern.

What You Will Do:

• Analyse sales data and calculate Bill-back compensation based on gathered data
• Communicate proactively with divisions and distributors
• Gather documentation supporting the calculations and relevant indirect pricing changes
• Meet monthly SLAs and KPI requirements
• Accountable for creation andmaintenance of all necessary administration and documentation in the area of responsibility including SOP/controls documentation
• Demonstrate understanding of importance and follow Bill-back SOx and internal controls
• Demonstrate urgency to resolve issues escalate them when needed

What You Will Need:

• Student status
• Good command of English in speaking and writing (B2)
• Very good analytical skills
• User skills in SAP as an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
• Knowledge of VBA as an asset
• Availability 30-40 hours per week
