OperationalandTechExcellence

  • Lead cross-functional teams to executestrategicinitiatives and projects.

  • Review andconvergebusinessrequirementsand processestotechnical solutions thatensure seamless implementation of the project.

  • Identifyand recommendkey process improvement opportunities using data and insightstoimprove operational and financial benefits.

  • Conduct process discoveries/analysis of existing processes systems and workflows toidentifypotential bottlenecks and opportunities for digital transformation using RPA AI PowerAutomateand workflows.

  • Analyzequantitative and qualitativedatathat will be used for process excellence continuous improvementRPAand digital automation.

  • Lead by action and example in the application of continuous process improvement tools and techniques (e.g. Lean DMAIC DFSS and Value Stream Management).

  • Utilize data analytics and process mining tools tomonitorandoptimizeworkflows.

  • Develop and implementappropriate metricsdashboardsand systems to sustain gains and promoteprocessexcellence activityand a continuousimprovementculture.

Strategic Leadership and Execution

  • Provides oversight for the alignment to thecentral Project Management Officeandappropriate SteeringCommittees ensuring opportunities are assessedselectedand prioritized with a strategic lens andagnostic oftool.

  • Solid leadership and organizational skills to effectively influence strategy and decision making across multiple levels of the organization and diverse business & technology groups.

  • Provide innovative leadership in driving quality performance.

  • Responsible for initiating planning executing controlling and closure of assignedstrategic projectswith clear ROIshowcasingand stakeholder buy-ins.

Change Management

  • Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.

High-Performing People

  • Facilitate workshops andtrainingsthatbuildspeoples process excellence and change management capabilities.

  • Lead inspire andmanagethe team withoversight on the teams performance and KPI.

  • Conducts regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to theteam.

Compliance

  • Ensure that all company policies proceduresprogramsandinstructionare carried out.

  • Befamiliarand understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officerin accordance withthe reporting requirementsoperatedby the Compliance Officer. Mustoperatea process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters areidentifiedand reported.

Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations ManagementIndustrialEngineeringora relatedfield. AMastersdegree or relevant certification (e.g. Six Sigma PMP) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years working ontechnical and non-technical projects.

  • Proven experience of leadinga servicedriven operationswith experience of managing an operation through periods of significant growth or change.

  • At least10yearsexperiencein quality databusiness analysis andreportingtovalidateand demonstrate ROI.

  • Expert-level of insurance domain knowledge with at least 5years experiencein life insurance

  • Experience in people management.

Knowledge/Skill:

  • Process knowledgesuch as certifications in Lean Six SigmaLean and Value Stream Management.

  • Knowledge in usingBusiness Process Management software andProcess Mining systems.

  • Experience in using CRM integrations with popular tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead and motivate a growing and changing service operation.

  • Ability to engage with leaders and employees at all levels across the wider business to achieve goals andobjectives.

  • Basic knowledge or familiarity with Data Analytics Platforms and Visualization tools
