Job Summary
We are a US based company that serves clients globally seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on identifying engaging and placing top technical talent across global markets. The ideal candidate has strong experience recruiting for Information Technology roles in various business sectors. Its necessary to have strong understanding of technical and functional skill sets. An additional part of this role will be managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer/onboarding support. Familiarity with modern sourcing tools AI recruiting platforms and technology trends is highly preferred.
The Role
Technical Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and functional roles including sourcing screening interviewing and candidate management.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn job boards professional networks referrals and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and assess candidates specific experience skills and overall fit for the Clients requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
Candidate Engagement & Management
- Conduct initial recruiter screenings to evaluate background communication skills and role alignment.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate interviews provide timely updates and manage candidate expectations through offer stages.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Recruiting Operations & Reporting
- Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity submissions interviews and placements.
- Maintain organized documentation and compliance with recruitment processes.
- Utilize recruiting technologies automation tools and AI platforms to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.
- Translate job requirements into effective sourcing strategies and candidate profiles.
- Provide market insights candidate feedback and hiring recommendations.
- Implement and administer reporting platforms to consolidate data across systems.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in recruiting IT recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of roles technologies and skill requirements.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter job boards professional networks and Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication relationship-building and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work EST (NY) working hours
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across all departments of our organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting staffing consulting or professional services organizations.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude or other platforms to improve/streamline recruiting workflows.
- Ability to maintain organization among multiple pipelines for multiple Clients simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources and Technology or a related field.
