Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements challenges and goals.
Design and implement scalable secure and high-performance solutions tailored to client needs.
Provide expert-level guidance on system architecture integration and deployment strategies.
Provide clients with best practices relating to use of MRI reporting capabilities and related integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales product engineering and support.
Manage technical aspects of project delivery including planning execution and documentation.
Conduct technical workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution design.
Contribute to pre-sales activities including RFP responses solution demos and technical proposals.
Mentor junior consultants and support continuous improvement of consulting practices.
Recommendbusinessprocess improvements to help drive more value for our clients.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent industry experience
10 years experience in technical consulting services product implementation or systems design & development
Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
Experience with integration mapping data aggregation and analysis.
The ability to facilitate workshops translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with proven experience in client facing roles implementing software solutions
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Extensive knowledge of SQL Server or other RDBMS preferred
Experience using BI toolsets and strong data acumen
Ability to travel (10- 20%)
