The Enterprise Profile Platforms Services team implements integrates and maintains the end-to-end travel technology solutions.

The Enterprise Profile Platforms Services team seeks technology savvy and innovative individuals to join our team. This role involves consulting with internal & external this role you will be working with the product team customers and technology developers.

What Youll Do

• Gather client-specific field-level profile mapping requirements from Implementations and Deployment
• Consult with client IT teams on how to develop API HR Feeds and File HR Feeds to transmit traveler profiles to Amex GBTs profile system and Online Booking Tools
• Learn the capabilities limitations and nuances of the tools that the HR Feed transmits data to
• Learn how traveler profile data flows throughout GBTs ecosystem of products
• Translate customer requirements into configurable solutions
• Identify enhancements and partner with development groups
• Automate and streamline processes to continually reduce end-to-end operating costs
• Adhere to SLAs contractual agreements and legal compliance
• Ability to work with ambiguous definition or requirements and produce tangible solutions

• Experience in Project management business analysis or related functions.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to drive results independently and within cross-functional teams.
