We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our revenue and sales processes. This is a remote offshore role focused on managing our Salesforce CRM instance overseeing sales commission calculations and delivering pipeline reporting and GTM metrics across our growing organization.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator managing user permissions custom objects fields flows and third-party integrations
- Handle end-to-end sales commission calculations statement generation and payout tracking in partnership with Finance
- Build maintain and optimize dashboards and reports for key pipeline metrics sales velocity and executive KPIs
- Ensure CRM data hygiene integrity and process governance across all pipeline stages
- Support finance and leadership teams with ad-hoc reporting forecasting and revenue analytics
- Troubleshoot system issues and streamline sales workflows to drive operational efficiency
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or CRM Administration
- Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Certified Administrator is a strong plus)
- Demonstrated experience handling sales compensation commission tracking or financial data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables complex formulas data modeling)
- Proven ability to analyze sales pipeline data and build meaningful executive dashboards
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
