Position Summary
A Recruitment Associate is responsible for sourcing screening and selecting candidates for job openings within an organization. They work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs create job postings conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process. Additionally they may assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining relationships with potential candidates. Overall a recruitment associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization has a talented and qualified workforce.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Sourcing
- Formulating Sourcing Strategies
- Lead Generation
- Paper Screening of applicants prior to Initial Interviewers
- Posting of Job Ads on Job Boards Company Website and Slack
- Mining of Leads from Job Boards
- Driving of Employee Referral Program
- Maintain Database of Referrals in Greenhouse
- Email and Text Blasts
- Phone Screening (if bandwidth permits)
- Tapping of Candidates for Initial Screening
- Passive Sourcing
- Social Media Sourcing (Facebook LinkedIn and others)
- Providing of Greenhouse Access for Referrers
- Market Research
- Managing of Cold and Unresponsive Leads
- Managing of Greenhouse Pipeline from Application Review to Unresponsive Candidates
Recruitment Operations
- Conducting Initial Interviews
- Test Administration
- Profile Endorsement and Scheduling to 2nd Line/Hiring Manager/Client Interview
- Candidate Page Creation
- Candidate Video Creation
- POC for Recruitment Projects (mainly Cebu Projects)
- Internal Stakeholders Management (Ops/CSM/Onboarding)
- Data Entry to Master Tracker of Candidates Processed
- Marking Candidates Hired in ATS
- Creating and Getting Approval of Job Offers
- Sending of Regret Letters
- Managing Pipeline from Recruitment Interview Stage to Hired
New Hire Onboarding
- Endorsement of Job Offer to Recruitment Admin
