Senior Treasury Associate

The Senior Treasury Associate will be in charge of:

• Monitor and manage the Companys daily cash position to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational requirements.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers government agencies employees and other stakeholders
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions.
• Monitor payment due dates and ensure timely settlement of obligations.
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments on treasury-related concerns.
• Provide suppliers with payment details and supporting documents as necessary.
• Manage fund transfers and treasury transactions across entities and stores.
• Maintain and update treasury schedules including Cash Position Reports Bank Reconciliation Statements Check Monitoring Reports Fund Transfer Schedules Advances and Liquidation Reports and Payment Monitoring Reports.
• Coordinate with the Finance Head on treasury-related transactions and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies internal controls and audit requirements.
• Perform other treasury-related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accountancy Financial Management Banking and Finance or any related course.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Treasury or Finance operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
