Recruiter – Sales & Commercial Hiring

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume sales and field-based hiring requirements across multiple locations.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements deliver qualified candidate slates and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process with timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring leaders to develop offer recommendations using market data and compensation guidelines.

Qualifications :

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within an RPO agency in-house or shared services environment.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume customer-facing or sales-focused roles.
• Strong sourcing candidate engagement stakeholder management and consultative partnering skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions through data and market insights.
• Experience using ATS platforms LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and other sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience recruiting Sales and Commercial talent within FMCG Consumer Goods Retail Telecommunications or other customer-facing environments is highly preferred.
