Quality Compliance manages service level compliance on quality and timeliness of service in collaboration with each workstream manager / team leads. Promotes regular reporting & CPI to ensure quality targets are met.
Business Strategy Assist CGS Leadership to deliver financial savings and strategic objectives through high profile project management business analysis and change management
Requires & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required
CPA is a plus
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management / Process Excellence with background on SLA management & performance management.
At least 5 years of experience in the Finance field or in a related area
Experience in process migrations.
Experience in strategic planning risk management and/or change management
Proficiency in project management software tools
Licenses/ Certifications Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma Certification is a plus
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures
Perform a variety of tasks
Lead and direct the work of others
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel Visio etc.)
