Meta Ads Specialist

This is a remote position.

is looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Meta Ads Specialist to manage optimize and scale advertising campaigns for our clients. This role combines performance marketing with creative testing and strategic input helping drive measurable results while contributing to broader marketing initiatives.

What will you do

• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to meet or exceed client goals
  

• Monitor and update daily campaign performance metrics
  

• Prepare and deliver weekly campaign performance reports
  

• Develop and test new ad concepts on a monthly basis
  

• Contribute to campaign strategy and optimization efforts
  

• Help build and improve internal Meta Ads and Social Ads documentation
  

• Assist with newsletter advertising operations including building ads updating newsletters and scheduling campaigns
  

Requirements

You might be the one we are looking for if you have

• At least 2 years of experience in Meta Ads
  

• Strong understanding of ad creation testing and optimization
  

• Experience with account and campaign management
  

• Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
  

• Have knowledge in email (a huge plus!)
  

• Familiarity with news cycles and understanding native ads (a huge plus!)
  

• Independent decision-making and strong problem-solving ability.
  

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  

• Proficiency in tools like Word Excel Google Docs/Sheets email and calendars.
  

• Strong time management and self-motivation.
  

• Are fluent in English both speaking and writing.
  

• Include the word Meta Ads Pro in your resume or cover letter so we know youre detail-oriented.
  

• Are comfortable speaking on video calls.
  

• Can work in US Mountain Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap).
  

• Are available full time 8 hours per day 5 days per week.
  

• Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
