Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a FP&A DPS Manager in Taguig City Philippines

The FP&A DPS Manager willprovide financialsupportacross the GS functions (Finance HR Proc S&O) in support oftheOrthopaedicsBusiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managefinancialplanning &analysissupportand consolidationsfortheGlobal Servicesscope

  • Lead the governance for financial tracking and reporting to ensurea consistent and streamlined process across all the GS functions

  • Standardize financial reviews and reporting packages with GS process leads which includes overseeingpresentation materialsprovidevariance analysis andrecommendmitigation plans

  • Connectand communicatewithglobalbusiness partners toprovide financial guidance and drive insights

  • Champion a value-driven/cost-effective culture; translate best practices fromdifferent functions

  • Provide leadership and support on ad hoc project work

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of aBachelorsdegree is preferably with a major in Finance Economics Data Analytics or Accounting

Required:

  • A minimum 5yearsoffinance or related business experience

  • Excellent oral written and communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e.Pivot Tables Formulas VLOOKUP functions)

  • Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization

  • Strong communications framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal negotiating and influencing skills

  • Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills creating problem-solving track-record dealing with ambiguity and intellectual curiosity

  • Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams during a period ofsignificant change

  • Successful experience of working with virtual teams

Preferred:

  • MBA financial certification in ACA ACCA CIMA CPA CMA or otherequivalent

  • SAP experience

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes.
