Job Summary
- Oversees financial reporting closing budgeting cash flow reconciliations intercompany transactions and statutory compliance with accuracy and strong financial controls.
- Manages owner billing utilities receivables collections and rental program allocations ensuring seamless and discreet service to high-net-worth owners.
- Safeguards financial assets supports audits and governance and drives operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Minimum of four (4) years of finance experience preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end residential property.
- Strong leadership analytical organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Proficient in ERP Opera and Microsoft Office applications with sound knowledge of hotel accounting practices.
