SUMMARY

Were in search of a highly motivated talented and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Lomography Manila office. As the Customer Support Specialist youll play a pivotal role in managing reporting tasks assisting with customer supportfiling customer cases ensuring seamless day-to-day order processing and pre-order processing and assisting with warehouse communications. Youll work closely with our Online team and other departments in our local regional and international team to support both our local and international operations. We develop market and distribute our products worldwide reaching millions of photography enthusiasts through our photo stores design stores museums online platforms and events.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist customer support teams and resolve issues in online listings or transactions.

  • Handle customer concerns file cases to our QC tool and file case evidences

  • Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of the Lomography Online Shop.

  • Order Processing & Pre-Order processingincl communication with customers

  • Generate weekly monthly and ad-hoc reports as needed.

Job requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business E-Commerce Sales & Marketing or related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce online retail customer support or a similar role

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite especially spreadsheets.

  • Strong analytical organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Familiarity with Lomography or passion for analogue photography is a plus.

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
