Job Summary

Our Sales Operations team works on a set of business activities processes and tools that help Carousells sales organization run effectively efficiently and helps them to execute on overall business strategies and objectives

We are looking to hire a  Business Support Associate to support our Verticals Business Leadership & Sales organisation. 

This role will report to the Sales Operations Senior Manager.

You Will:

  • Process deals submitted by the sales team including off-platform and platform-based transactions.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of deal requirements such as client documentation and payment proofs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of deals in relevant systems.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to commercial teams across regional markets.
  • Address inquiries and operational concerns raised by Commercial Account Managers (CAMs).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product Marketing Finance CS) to fulfill sales-related requests such as trade materials bug escalations and SKU configurations.
  • Monitor clients with recurring or installment payments send timely reminders and coordinate collections when needed.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to support client onboarding renewal or issue resolution to ensure customer success.
  • Maintain and update records within the sales CRM (e.g. Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy proper tagging and timely tracking of sales activities.
  • Generate reports or dashboards for performance monitoring when required.
  • Support testing and implementation of operational projects initiated by commercial verticals.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help document best practices.
  • Act as a key point of contact for regional markets requiring sales operational support.
  • Execute ad hoc tasks as needed to meet the evolving needs of the sales and operations teams.

Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of sales operations & reporting experience
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business requirements across a fast growing business
  • Must be highly analytical with the ability to understand business metrics processes & support tools
  • Possess proficient spreadsheet & slide skills preferably with google suite 
  • A love of ecommerce technical things and working knowledge of the fast-paced start-up world will be an added advantage
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to untangle complex issues
  • Ideally proficient in using SalesForce CRM for creating and maintaining reports & dashboards
  • Can-do attitude with the agility to adapt to changes
  • Ability to work under a third-party agency for a 12-month contract
