Job Summary

This is a remote position.

At Outsource Access we help U.S.-based independent loss adjusting and insurance risk management leaders protect their financial accuracy and client relationships. We dont just process invoiceswe make sure that every billable hour timesheet and financial document is flawlessly audited and submitted on time to keep the clients revenue engine moving seamlessly.

How Youll Make a Difference

  • Guarding Revenue Accuracy: You will meticulously review edit and audit complex time tracking sheets within custom time management systems. By catching errors in grammar codes and service descriptions before they reach the client you ensure absolute billing integrity.

  • Streamlining Portal Workflows: You will take full ownership of major client billing portals converting financial documentation into crisp organized formats and uploading invoices swiftly to guarantee zero friction or delays in payment cycles.

  • Connecting Key Stakeholders: You will act as a central communications bridge daily managing active shared inboxes and seamlessly collaborating with Collections departments internal managers and regional field offices to resolve inquiries instantly.

  • Building the Playbook: You will pull regular monthly reporting insights and proactively document unique client-specific billing rules and instructions into clear repeatable processes to scale internal performance.

  • The Highly Organized Deadline-Meeter: High invoice volumes and tight daily turnaround schedules do not phase you; you know how to map out and prioritize your workday effectively.

  • Tech-Savvy: You navigate Microsoft Office (especially Excel power features) with ease and quickly adapt to complex proprietary billing and time management software platforms.
