The Role
Provides organizational and human capital consulting support to business development activities and client projects/engagements delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops proposals under the guidance of Project Manager.
- Participates in client meetings and discussions.
- Provides consulting support through analysis conduct of research and materials preparations for business development and project engagements.
- Coordinates with clients on project-related matters.

Qualifications
The Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics or Statistics
- Interested in discovering the consulting environment and desire to work with multiple clients in more than one industry and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in one of the following is absolutely required: HR (compensation and benefits talent management); sales or revenue-generation; market surveys or statistics/ data.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills; accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive flexible and have a can-do mentality.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
