Senior Financial Analyst, MBC FP&A and Sales Compensation

Job Summary
- Support end-to-end monthly sales compensation processes including payroll processing journal entries and compensation statement generation.
- Maintain employee and compensation data support onboarding activities and ensure data accuracy across reporting processes.
- Prepare compensation and financial reports to support business leaders in decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models forecasting tools and reporting solutions to support planning and analysis activities.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives including the development of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to enhance efficiency scalability and business insights.
- Provide support for treasury-related reporting entries and analytical processes as transformation initiatives continue to evolve.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) financial reporting sales compensation payroll support or related finance functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis modeling and reporting.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
- CPA CFA or other relevant professional designation.
- Experience developing financial models and reporting solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of SQL Power Apps automation tools or programming/coding concepts.
- Experience supporting process improvement transformation or automation initiatives within finance functions.
- Exposure to treasury operations sales compensation or payroll-related processes.
