We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Manager to manage and grow our affiliate marketing program with a strong focus on TikTok creators UGC (User-Generated Content) and performance-based campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly analytical creative and experienced in evaluating content performance to improve engagement conversions and overall ROI.
This role requires someone who can review data daily identify winning content patterns (hooks CTAs formats) and optimize affiliate performance through continuous testing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Management
Recruit onboard and manage TikTok and UGC affiliates
Maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliate partners
Provide guidance on content direction hooks and CTA strategies
Track affiliate performance and ensure consistent output
Data Analysis & Optimization
Review daily performance data across affiliate campaigns
Identify high-performing hooks creatives and call-to-action strategies
Analyze conversion rates engagement and traffic sources
Recommend improvements based on data insights
Content & Campaign Support
Work with UGC creators to optimize video performance
Support campaign ideation and execution for TikTok ads and organic content
Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and conversion goals
Reporting
Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards
Provide daily/weekly summaries of affiliate performance
Highlight top-performing creators and campaigns
Recommend scaling strategies based on data insights
Tools & Platforms
Manage affiliate platforms and tracking systems
Use tools such as CanvasUGC (or similar UGC platforms)
Monitor TikTok analytics and creator performance metrics
Qualifications
Experience in affiliate marketing influencer marketing or UGC management
Strong understanding of TikTok content trends and performance drivers
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data
Experience reviewing creatives and optimizing hooks/CTAs
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
