Key Responsibilities

Tiktok Ads Management (Primary Responsibility)

  • Plan launch and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns for ecommerce brands.
  • Execute campaign strategies based on client objectives and internal recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets audiences creatives placements and bidding strategies.
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on TikTok Ads platform features best practices and industry trends.

Performance Management

  • Monitor key campaign metrics including ROAS CPA MER CTR CPC CPM CVR and AOV.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports for internal review.
  • Identify trends issues and optimization opportunities from campaign data.
  • Provide clear recommendations and performance insights to Account Managers to support client discussions and decision-making.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation and reporting dashboards.

Creative Performance

  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to improve creative performance.
  • Develop data-driven creative recommendations based on campaign results.
  • Plan and execute structured creative testing to continuously improve performance.
  • Monitor creative fatigue and recommend refreshes when needed.

Tracking & Campaign Setup

  • Ensure accurate campaign setup and conversion tracking.
  • Configure and maintain:
  • TikTok Pixel
  • Events API (where applicable)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and coordinate with developers when necessary.

Cross Platform Knowledge (Preferred)

While TikTok Ads is the primary responsibility experience with the following platforms is an advantage:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search Display YouTube Performance Max)

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Managers to support campaign planning and performance optimization.
  • Provide timely updates reports and recommendations that enable Account Managers to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Collaborate with creative and internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
  • Share learnings testing results and best practices with the team.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business Administration Communications or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in digital/e-commerce advertising are an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 24 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce digital marketing agencies or brands.
  • Proven experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for profitability.
  • Demonstrated success in improving campaign performance based on KPIs such as ROAS CPA CTR CPC CPM CVR and AOV.
  • Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously is highly preferred.

Technical Skills (Good to have)

  • Strong knowledge of:
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search Display YouTube Performance Max)
  • Experience with:
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Meta Pixel
  • TikTok Pixel
  • Meta Conversion API (CAPI)
  • Google Ads Conversion Tracking
  • Familiarity with attribution models and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Experience using reporting dashboards such as Looker Studio is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze customer behavior audience insights and competitor activities.
  • Comfortable making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present campaign results and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with Client Success Managers Graphic Designers Video Editors and Developers.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
