Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a GSFinancial Service Innovation (FSI)Team Lead in Taguig City.

The GSFSITeam Leadsupports all financial processes within GSF scope related to the business transitionsdivestituresand/or acquisitions projects. The role requiresa high levelof motivation and confidence the ability to workindependentlyand meet critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Support the deployment of specific finance projects with focus on the global services tierincludingsupporting Operation teams as needed

To complete the deployment plan specific to the region or global process supported for each GS / Finance Strategic Program that needs to be stood up in the region

Accountable for a smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations

Collaborator focus adaptable to the needs of the business

Accountable for issue and risk resolution & partner concern to management where

Handleinterdependencieswith other initiatives local and global

Ensure team members have theappropriate skills supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver excellent customer service

Provide leadership mentortrainingand guidance to team so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard

Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives withthe globaldesign

Optimally supervise multiple projects concurrently

Qualifications

Education
- ABachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2to5years of working experience in Finance
- Project managementexperience desired
- Deployment solutions organizational change experience desired
- Familiar with General Finance Principles and Processes
- May have responsibilities for managing indirect teams or contingent labor as project needs arise
Professionalproficiencies
- Strong leadership skills to lead and collaborate with a team with a defined area of responsibility
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work and grow in the role

- Six Sigma FPX Process Leadership Project Management skills desired.
- Technologically savvy proven record of systems deployment successes.
- Familiar with various Finance Operational Processes (A2R ITC etc.)
- Digital/ intelligent automation capabilities.
