Project Engineer Grid

The Project Engineer Grid will be responsible for monitoring and managing the engineering aspects of the EMMA wind Project and specifically the Grid infrastructure and interconnection process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering Management: Oversee and manage all engineering activities related to the GRID contract and interconnection process ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
• Tender Support: Provide support during the tender process including evaluating and aligning technical offers from suppliers.
• Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation related to the wind power plant ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with other project team members to ensure seamless integration of the wind power plant with other project components. Run regular engineering weekly meeting with contractors.
• Reporting: Keep the project manager informed about the progress of the wind power plant engineering activities including any issues or risks that may arise

Qualifications :

Education:

•  University degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

• At least 10 years of professional engineering work experience and at least 5 of those involved in the design construction or operation of medium / high voltage grid infrastructure (substations transmission lines)
