About the Job
identifying potential business opportunities for the HPL vertical
researching market trends and developing strategies to enter new markets new commodities.
nurturing HPL client relationships
preparing proposals and presentations negotiating contracts with key airline partners and cooler facilities.
ensuring the company meets its GP volume and shipments targets based on budget.
monitor competitors and our market share and SOW within each customer
assess client needs and explain the whole process to new customers to align procedures to run a smooth operation.
collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with organizational goals
About You
Analytical thinking: Evaluating market conditions trends and competitor activity
Communication and negotiation: Conveying persuasive messages and achieving mutually beneficial agreements
Strategic planning: Developing long-term business strategies and adapting to market changes
Relationship building: Establishing trust and maintaining strong client and service providers partnerships
Technical proficiency: Microsoft 365 and data analytics
