RoleOverview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Development Manager to lead a team of 810 engineers working on next-generation platform capabilities within Coupangs transportation ecosystem. This role will focus on re-architecting systems for global use cases enabling scalable and standardized solutions across regions.

You will lead one of the key initiatives in rebuilding foundational platform services driving both technical direction and team development. The platform operates at massive scale supporting tens of millions of transactions daily and impacting every shipment processed within Coupangs ecosystem.
