Head of Operations Excellence

We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency implementing scalable business processes driving KPI-based performance management and leading cross-functional improvement projects to support business growth.

• Develop and execute operational excellence strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Analyze map and optimize end-to-end business processes across multiple departments.
  
• Design and implement SOPs workflows and process governance frameworks.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma Kaizen or similar methodologies.
  
• Develop operational KPIs dashboards and performance reporting for leadership.
  
• Analyze operational data to identify trends bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  
• Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Design Manufacturing Logistics Customer Success Finance and Technology.
  
• Lead operational improvement projects manage change initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  
• Establish quality standards operational controls and governance frameworks.
  
• Monitor operational risks and recommend scalable data-driven solutions.
  

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  
• 7 years of experience in Operational Excellence Business Process Improvement Operations Management or Continuous Improvement.
  
• Strong expertise in process mapping workflow optimization SOP development and KPI implementation.
  
• Experience leading cross-functional operational improvement projects.
  
• Excellent analytical problem-solving stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Hands-on experience with ERP CRM workflow automation or business process management systems.
  

• MBA or Masters degree in a relevant discipline.
  
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification.
  
• PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
  
• Experience with Power BI Tableau Zoho Salesforce or similar platforms.
  
• Experience in manufacturing logistics construction supply chain or project-based industries.
  
• Familiarity with AI-driven process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
