AD Technologies is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor specializing in ICT CCTV ELV and IT infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for project cost estimation BOQ preparation budgeting contract administration and commercial management of ICT and security system projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical and commercial knowledge of structured cabling CCTV systems networking IT infrastructure access control and telecom-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs quantity take-offs and cost estimations for ICT CCTV ELV and IT infrastructure projects.
Analyze project drawings technical specifications and tender documents.
Prepare project budgets and monitor project cost performance.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Handle variation orders claims and final account settlements.
Coordinate with project managers procurement teams and engineers.
Conduct site visits for measurement verification and project assessments.
Support tendering and bidding activities for ICT and ELV projects.
Prepare commercial reports progress valuations and cost analysis reports.
Ensure compliance with contractual and company standards.
Assist in procurement planning and material cost control.
Maintain proper commercial documentation and project records.
Requirements Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 35 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for ICT CCTV ELV IT infrastructure or telecom projects. Strong understanding of CCTV systems structured cabling networking access control and IT infrastructure. Experience in BOQ preparation estimation budgeting and contract management. Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial procedures. Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and estimation software. Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications. Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills. Experience in UAE/GCC projects is preferred. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
