The Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) Execution Coordinator is responsible for the on-ground implementation of all planned extracurricular activities. This role ensures that every ECA event is delivered smoothly safely and in line with institutional standards creating memorable experiences for students.
Key Responsibilities
Execute all planned Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) events workshops competitions and activities as per the approved calendar
Coordinate logistics including venue setup equipment catering and transportation
Supervise student volunteers and staff during ECA events
Manage real-time troubleshooting and problem-solving during events
Ensure adherence to health safety and institutional guidelines at all events
Collect participant feedback post-events and compile execution reports
Maintain inventory of ECA equipment and materials
Work closely with the ECA Planning Coordinator to understand event requirements
Liaise with the marketing team to ensure events are properly promoted and documented
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Student Affairs Education or related field
2 years of experience in event coordination or campus activities management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events require
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a school or higher education setting
