Job Description
The Engineer of Proposal/Design leads the creation of technical designs and proposals for solar projects ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed proposals and designs for solar projects (Command in all relevant Software).
- Coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client requirements.
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
- Manage the design process from concept to final submission.
- Support business development by providing technical expertise.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD PVsyst Helioscope SketchUp).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field. Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign). Solid understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities. Knowledge of HTML CSS and web design principles is a plus. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is desirable.
