Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
Create job descriptions and interview questions to help identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist with candidate onboarding and orientation.
Manage and update our applicant tracking system.
Gather and analyze data related to recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelors or masters program in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of HRIS and ATS is a plus but not necessary.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Tech savvy
Strong work ethic and composure
