Job Summary

Summary: The Female Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding business opportunities for a leading printing press company based in Ikeja. This position is essential for identifying and securing new client partnerships fostering strategic relationships and contributing to the companys market expansion within Lagos. The ideal candidate will be a proactive results-oriented professional with a strong grasp of the local business landscape and a proven ability to exceed sales targets through effective outreach and negotiation.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Lagos market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • 34 years of experience in business development or sales within a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the Lagos business environment and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.


Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field; MBA preferred. 25 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles with demonstrable success in driving growth. Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and leading end-to-end campaign execution. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM social media marketing email marketing and content strategy. Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics platforms. Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication presentation and leadership abilities. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable. Location: Bangalore with flexibility for occasional travel as need
