Job Summary
- Provide first- and second-level support for hardware software and network issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance and preventive checks
- Log track and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Assist users with technical issues and provide basic user training where required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents resolutions and system configurations
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with the IT team to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 24 years experience in IT support or systems administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware software and networking.
- Experience with enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and customer service skills
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware software and network issues in business environments.
- Exposure to cloud-based solutions and enterprise applications is an advantage.
