Job Summary

Our client is an indigenous project delivery company creating innovative engineering solutions across the Oil and Gas (Upstream Midstream Downstream) Industrial & Manufacturing Power & FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Lead and oversee the commercial bids and tendering process ensuring accuracy compliance competitiveness and timely submission of proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and overall business objectives.
  • Lead and oversee contract negotiations to secure favorable terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue generation through innovative and effective sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present timely sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Provide oversight in planning preparation and execution of sales operations and related activities.
  • Build develop and manage a high-performance sales team through effective coaching mentoring performance management and succession planning.
  • Demonstrate accountability for team performance against agreed targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the Oil & Gas or related Energy sectors.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations market dynamics and technical aspects of energy products and services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing bids/tenders sales pipelines and business development processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho CRM ) and sales analytics tools.
