the Business Development team in conducting Technical Site Surveys (TSS) 

for captive embedded generation and Interconnected grid energy projects. 

out preliminary technical assessments including load analysis energy 

consumption evaluation diesel consumption analysis and infrastructure assessment. 

system sizing preliminary designs and development of technical solutions for 

solar PV and hybrid energy systems. 

in preparing technical and commercial proposals presentations RFQs tenders 

and customer-facing documentation. 

in client meetings technical discussions and site visits to support 

opportunity origination and project development activities. 

feasibility assessments energy savings analysis and support financial 

evaluations for renewable energy projects. 

with design and engineering finance legal operations EPC contractors 

and OEMs to support project development processes. 

market research pipeline development and identification of renewable energy 

opportunities across C&I and grid-focused customers. 

accurate project documentation technical reports site assessment records 

and pipeline tracking information. 

the successful development and closure of renewable energy opportunities 

through effective technical and commercial collaboration. 

Qualifications :

• First degree in Engineering Electrical Mechanical Civil or Renewable Energy 
• engineering or related discipline. 
• 35 years experience in renewable energy solar PV power systems or related 
• technical. 
• Project development and management skills 
• Ability to innovate and solve organized and detail-oriented 
• Experience and proven ability to collaborate across teams. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Practiced flexibility to lend a hand wherever needed. 
• Enthusiasm in working in the field of renewable energy! 
• Experience in Microsoft suites 
• Experience with Homer PVsyst
