The Customer Support team plays a critical role in supporting IDEXX customers across Europe building strongrelationshipsand ensuring customers maximize the value of diagnostic solutions.

You will be a key contributor to customer successwithin the Companion Animal Group (CAG) ensuring veterinary professionals can rely on IDEXX technology to deliver critical diagnostics. You will help strengthen customer relationships support business growth andultimately contributeto better outcomes for animals.
In this role:
Youllprovide technical supportondiagnostic analyzers and software solutions.
Youllcoordinate installations and troubleshoot hardware and integration issues.
Youllpartner with internal teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently.
Youllguide customers through troubleshooting and best practices.
What you need to succeed:
Fluency in English and one South European language - such as PortugueseSpanishor French.
Youveprovided exceptional customer support in technical or service environments.
You collaborate effectively across teams to resolve complex issues.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical or scientific field.

This is a hybrid role based out of ourHoofddorplocation with a minimum of eight days a month onsite.
