Job Summary

Online Marketeer (Hybrid)

At Deeploy we help organizations roll out AI they can trust. As our Online Marketeer youll build the engine that turns a strong product into a recognisable brand and a predictable a market where most players sound the same your job is to make sure we dont.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can write sharp copy run campaigns end-to-end and think clearly about positioning. Youll work directly with the Head of Marketing and closely with sales leadership and external partners and youll be the one making sure everything moves fast and coheres into something bigger.

What you will do

Inbound & pipeline

  • Drive inbound pipeline growth with a focus on quality: MQL/SQL conversion rate funnel velocity and attribution

  • Brief and manage paid media agencies and website optimisation partners and report on performance

Content & organic visibility

  • Own our presence across search and LLMs; build and run AI-native workflows for research GEO and competitor monitoring

  • Produce high-quality copy at pace across website social email and campaigns

Product marketing

  • Turn product developments into compelling marketing material with launches that land with clarity

Campaigns & team alignment

  • Design and run themed campaigns with a clear narrative measurable goals and cross-team buy-in

  • Rally sales events and leadership around each campaign including supporting LinkedIn content for senior stakeholders

Who were looking for

This role sits at an unusual intersection: sharp enough to craft messaging that moves a CRO systematic enough to build workflows that scale without breaking.

Must-Haves

  • 2-4 years in a marketing role ideally in a fast-paced B2B environment

  • AI-native: you already use AI in your daily workflow and know how to get quality output fast

  • Strong copywriter with a sharp instinct for messaging and positioning

  • Comfortable owning multiple workstreams at once without dropping quality

  • Based in the Netherlands

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience building or running GEO and organic visibility programmes

  • Familiarity with AI data or compliance as a product category

  • Experience in a start-up or fast-paced scale-up environment
