As Office Assistant you are the central point of contact ensuring a smooth well-organized and welcoming office environment in Rijswijk. You play a key role in enabling our organization to operate efficiently by ensuring that all office administrative and facility-related processes run seamlessly and support daily business needs.
In this dynamic position you are responsible for the day-to-day coordination of office operations. You ensure that everything from reception and facility management to administration and communication runs professionally and efficiently. Working closely with employees suppliers and external partners you align needs anticipate challenges and turn daily operational demands into structured well-managed processes.
